History & Mission

Founded in 1988, APTF 's mission is to increase and retain the number of young professionals entering the transit field as a career by providing scholarships to deserving students - our future leaders. Since its inception, APTF has awarded more than 65 scholarships. APTF has made the commitment to serve as the guiding force in preparing transit's future leaders for the challenges of the 21st Century, but we cannot DO it alone. We need your help.
