Foundation Leadership

The Board of Directors consists of twenty-five members. The officers of the Foundation are a Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary-Treasurer, and a President. The Chair and Vice-Chair are nominated by majority vote of the APTA Board of Directors or its Executive Committee upon the recommendation of the Chair of the Board of APTA and elected by majority vote of the APTF Board of Directors. The Secretary-Treasurer shall be the individual holding the office of Secretary-Treasurer of APTA. The President shall be the individual holding the office of President of APTA. The four immediate Past Chairs of APTA shall always be voting ex-officio APTF Directors, and are included in the total of twenty-five AFTF Directors. The Board will have at least one regular meeting each year.
