This year, the Foundation will be celebrating 30 years of providing scholarships and supporting the future leaders of our industry. To celebrate this milestone, the APTF would like the opportunity to share the impact of the Foundation and the scholarship program with the transit industry.

Shofi Ull Azum Shofi received the Jack R. Gilstrap Scholarship, awarded to the applicant receiving the highest overall application score. Shofi is pursuing his Executive M.B.A. in IT from @OttawaU and is sponsored by @RideKCTransit where he serves as a Project Controls Manager.
Justin Sherrill, a renewing scholar, received the APTF Board Scholarship. Justin is pursuing his M.U.R.P. from @Portland_State and is sponsored by @kcmetrobus
Taylor Gill received the Raymond C. Miller Scholarship, awarded to an applicant dedicated to a career in transit marketing. Taylor is pursuing her B.S. in Business Administration from the @SDSU and is sponsored by @sdmts where she is a Revenue Supervisor.
