Volunteer Program

The Friends of the APTF is a group of volunteers who contribute several hours of service with the Foundation each year. The purpose of the Friends program is to provide American Public Transportation Foundation donors and other interested parties with timely, accurate, and consistent information about the Foundation’s programs and activities, and to be a primary source of administrative assistance. Friends volunteers staff the Foundation’s information booths at all APTA major conferences/workshops. If you are interested in becoming a Friends volunteer, please call the Foundation office at (202) 496-4868 to receive an application form.
