2006 APTF Scholarship Recipients
The American Public Transportation Foundation honored 15 students sponsored by public transportation agencies, research groups, universities, and engineering firms as winners of the 2006 APTF scholarship and essay competitions Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 11, during APTA's 2006 Annual Meeting in San Jose, Calif.
