APTF provides scholarships to deserving students – the future leaders of the public transportation industry. The selection criteria include a continued demonstrated interest in the public transportation industry as a career, high academic achievement, and need for financial assistance.

"I am grateful that the APTF invested in me and the advancement of my education. Through my participation as an APTF Scholarship recipient, I was not only given financial assistance for my education, but also a rare, in-depth opportunity for professional development and networking that was tailored for growth and success within the transit industry.  The APTF Scholarship has enabled me to further my education and positioned me to be able to serve as a future leader in our industry with the skills necessary to make a difference."
